Crackers
Tuesday 8 th January 2013Crakers are salted biscuits ideal for people that doesn’t have any sugary product. They can be eaten as snack, aperitif, etc.
gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, nut-free
Ingredients:
400 gr white rice flour
1'5 teaspoon of salt
50 ml olive oil
75 ml rice milk
1 egg
coarse salt
Instructions
Weight flour and salt.
Add oil, milk and egg and mix altogether.
Spread the mixture with a rolling pin until it’s very thin.
Cut with biscuit moulds.
Spread oil on the biscuits and pour a little bit of coarse salt.
Make a little holes on the biscuits with a fork.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 180ºC until lightly brown.
