Almond tiles

Almond tiles or “tuiles” are delicious, they are so crunchy!

gluten-free, eggs-free, Full GAPS diet






 

Ingredients:


125 gr. sliced almonds previously prepared
70 gr. liquid honey
8 gr. ghee or coconut butter

Directions


Preheat oven to 160ºC, program for baking cookies (with hot air).

Leave butter to soften at ambient temperature

Mix butter with honey. Add sliced almonds and mix again altogether.

Drop a teaspoon and a half of the cookie batter on a baking sheet.

Bake with program for cookies for 10-15 minutes depending on the oven, stop when they are brown.

Remove from the sheet with a spatula. While the cookies are still warm, roll each one half-way around a cylindrical tube. You can use a rolling pin, a bottle, or any kind of cylinder.

Allow them to completely cool. Store the in a sealed container.
