Hummus
Sunday 18 th November 2012It’s an ideal food for vegetarians because it contains full of calcium thanks to sesame, polyunsaturated fatty acids thanks to hazelnuts, the vitamine C of lemon, and the sulfur and anti-oxidants of garlic. If you spread humus on a rice toast then you get all the essential proteins.
gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, sugar-free, vegan
Ingredients
250 gr chick peasjuice of half lemon
3 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp of sesame puree
1/2 tsp of hazelnut puree
3 small bits of garlic (approx. 3 mm2)
pinch of salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients altogether.- Share
