Cookies GAPS
Monday 13 th May 2013This is a very simple recipe of cookies for followers of GAPS diet, or simply for people that are intolerant to all cereal flour.
They are baked at very low temperature because all ingredients can be eaten raw too.
They aren’t too much sweet and accept different possibilities depending on individual preferences.

gluten-free, dairy-free, Full GAPS diet
Ingredients (for about 10 cookies):
170 gr. nut flour (almonds, cashews, macadamia, etc) previously prepared
25 gr. coconut butter
75 gr liquid honey
optional: bits of walnuts, pinenuts, dried cherries, raisin, dates, etc.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 150ºC-160ºC
Mix all ingredients.
Make small balls and press them down on a baking paper.
Put on an oven plate and cook for 5 minutes with a program for baking cookies (hot air).
